Menopause is one of the least talked about times of a woman’s life. Our mother’s didn’t talk about it and doctors and allied health practitioners aren’t educated about it. As GenX women it has snuck up on us and punched us in the face; we’ve been king hit by our own bodies!

We will all have a different menopause transition. Some may breeze through without breaking a sweat (pun intended), while others may feel all the things and have a rough ride. That’s why an individual nutrition program is personalised to you. No two programs are the same. Our initial sessions will be dedicated to getting to know you and your biology through comprehensively assessing your current wellness including health history, functional pathology, and/or genetic testing.
Targeted
When we work together, you will be educated, encouraged, and empowered to achieve full-body wellness. This program isn’t about just surviving the menopause transition, it’s about thriving and setting yourself up for some of the best years you are yet to have. I’ll guide you to develop a wellbeing strategy that will help you to navigate the transition with an action plan and tactics that will support you along the way.
Integrative
Achieving wellness and thriving is more than just exercise and diet, though they are fundamental to optimal health. Throughout the program you will be introduced to helpful tools and practices that support you to reach optimal wellbeing. This may include - Sleep hygiene; Environment and toxicity; Stress management and resilience building; Mindfulness, mindset, and meditation; Movement; Genetic and functional testing; Strengths-based coaching.

This program isn’t for you if:
You’re not ready to take control of your health and don’t want to make any changes to what you eat, drink or your lifestyle habits.

You believe that you are too set in your ways to be able to adapt - even if it will make you feel and look better.
You’re happy with the status quo and you don’t mind looking or feeling the way you do this time next year or further into the future.
You’re not willing or can’t prioritise the time to invest in yourself. This program requires commitment and effort. There are no quick fixes or magic pills here.
You don’t respond well to being coached, supported or guided. Some people prefer to “go it alone” and aren’t open to receiving help from a coach or community. If that’s you, this probably isn’t right for you. You may be more suited to my 1:1 programs.
You have unrealistic expectations of immediate results without putting in the work. It’s likely taken you years with no effort to get to where you are with your current health - it’s going to take time and action to get you back on track with sustainable outcomes.
You want to try the latest fad diet, take some supplements or diet pills and are looking for quick bio-hacks for fast results. This is a food first and lifestyle focused program. Unless you are particularly ill or have nutritional deficiencies, there aren’t any supplements, powders, patches or injectables in this program.
