I’m Mary-Leigh (ML), a clinical nutritionist, lifestyle medicine practitioner, storyteller, mother, wife, and nana. For the past eight years, I’ve worked with women clinically to support sustainable change through nutrition, mindset, and practical strategies that fit real life.
I created The Menopause Compass because so many women have told me: "I don’t know the first thing about menopause, and I have no idea where to start."
